Andrew Jackson

Andrew Jackson joined St. Peter’s United Church of Christ in 2017. Previously, he was the organist at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Saint Clair, MO. He currently leads the Real Estate and Asset Development team for the Doe Run Company, one of the nation’s largest producers of lead, zinc, and copper. Prior to Doe Run,  Andrew taught band for 13 years at Glendale HS in Springfield, MO – Saint Clair HS in Saint Clair – and MICDS in St. Louis before deciding to move away from education.

Jackson holds a B.A. degree in Music and an M.A. degree in Education from Truman State University and is active in the area performing on trumpet, piano, and organ. In his free time, Jackson loves spending time with his wife, Sarah and his children, Carson, and Evelyn. Exploring new places, hiking, and cooking are some of his favorite hobbies. Jackson’s favorite bible passage is Matthew 14: 22-32.
